Neighbourhood Response Officer – Birmingham & Walsall (Temporary)

Hourly Rate: £20.20 PAYE / £25.72 LTD UMBRELLA
Hybrid Working | Must Have Own Vehicle

What You’ll Be Doing

Step into a role where every day counts. You’ll be out in our communities delivering hands‑on support, including:

• Visiting residents and supporting centrally based teams
• Carrying out property viewings and sign-ups
• Investigating tenancy breaches and responding to anti‑social behaviour reports
• Collaborating with internal teams, partner agencies, and local residents
• Developing and delivering neighbourhood plans and community initiatives
• Ensuring estates are clean, safe, and free from hazards
• Reporting issues such as fly tipping and monitoring grounds maintenance

You’ll be travelling within the local region regularly—so your own vehicle is essential.

Where You’ll Work

This is a hybrid position with a base at our Birmingham office
. You’ll split your time between working from home, the office, and out in the community.
