• Salary: £40,777 - £42,839 per annum plus a market factor supplement of £2,400

We are looking for Experienced Social Workers who are confident, brave in their practice, and supported by strong leaders at all levels. • Work within the First Response Service or our dedicated Child in Need Service, Families First, based on locality.
• Engage in social work assessments and planning for children in need and their families.
• Participate in duty on a rota basis, managing a varied workload including section 47 enquiries and child and family assessments.
• Hold a manageable caseload of children supported through child in need planning.
• Build relational partnerships to strengthen work and enable the safe step down of plans according to the families' timelines.

• At least 2 years post-qualifying experience in line with PCF (Professional Capabilities Framework).
• Strong ability to engage with children and families in a supportive and effective manner.
• Experience in managing varied caseloads including high-risk cases.
• Proficiency in using IT systems relevant to social work.
• Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing demands.
