Tüpraş Nextremers is not just a talent program; it is a comprehensive work experience co-designed with young talent, specifically tailored for the future members of Tüpraş.

Nextremers program aims to prepare young talents for the future by helping them discover themselves and their career preferences.

• Program Period: September 2026 – July 2027

• Learn the way of working at Türkiye’s leading industrial company.
• Take ownership and make an impact through projects.
• Become a team member in an agile, human‐centered and digitally savvy environment.
• Grow your expertise from day one through global development programs.

• If you are a 3rd-4th year undergraduate or master's student in the 2025–2026 academic year or a 2025 graduate.
• If you can work at least three days a week as a student and five days a week as a graduate.
• If you have a strong command of English.

• You take responsibility for real projects and experience the job firsthand.
• You get to know us at the Nextremers Camps.
• You will join end‑to‑end development journeys that include Tüpraş Academy, Koç Academy and access to global online learning platforms on topics ranging from artificial intelligence to financial literacy, and from collaboration to teamwork.
• You can join more than 10 Tüpraş Social Activity Clubs.
• You become part of more than 15 Tüpraş Sports Teams and tournaments.
• You can contribute to Tüpraş Volunteers by participating in social responsibility projects.
• You will be paid throughout the program.
• You will enjoy a wide range of benefits; including health insurance, shuttle transportation, food and beverages such as lunch at work.
• You will benefit from hybrid working with meal allowance for remote working days.

Application Evaluation: In the first step of the process, you submit your application and enter the preliminary evaluation stage. Your academic background, professional experience, and overall compatibility with the program are reviewed.

Interview: During the interviews; your motivation, cultural fit, and technical perspective are assessed. At this stage, both your knowledge and the way you think matter.

Case Day: Through case studies and group exercises, your problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills are observed. This is the stage where you get to experience what it’s like to work at Tüpraş.

Offer: Candidates who successfully progress through the process receive an official offer.

Orientation: Your onboarding begins with online training and introductory sessions. Graduate candidates may join during the summer period, while students join according to the program timeline.
