As an Advanced Practitioner

You’ll ensure all services are child‑focused, using therapeutic skills to help children reach their potential.
We aim to keep fieldwork caseloads to an average of 14, ensuring more time for individual cases and a higher level of service. We also provide a work‑life balance.
