Qualified Social Worker needed for Safeguarding Adults Team in Bristol, paying £32.57 ph!

• Role: Qualified Social Worker
• Team: Safeguarding Adults Team
• Location: City Hall, Bristol

This role focuses on responding to safeguarding concerns and coordinating appropriate actions to protect vulnerable adults. The work includes:

• Managing safeguarding concerns from initial triage through to decision-making and coordination of enquiries
  .
• Working closely with partner organisations through multi-agency meetings and information-sharing discussions
  .
• Completing high-quality case recording and providing clear, confident professional rationale for decisions.
• Supporting adults to understand their risks, wishes, and desired outcomes
  .
• Maintaining strong working relationships with internal colleagues and external partners
  , including health services, police, housing and community organisations.
• Working in a hybrid environment
  , including a mixture of office-based work, home working, and community visits where required.

• Significant safeguarding adults experience with the ability to hit the ground running.
• Strong knowledge and confident application of relevant legislation, safeguarding thresholds, and principles
  .
• Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-moving caseload
  .
• A resilient, organised professional who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent partnership working skills and confidence in multi-agency environments.
