Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £43,228.00 to £54,035.00, dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience

Location: London (2-3 days in the office)

As our Head of Delivery, you’ll guide and inspire a London-and-South East‑based team to deliver high‑impact programmes that help 11–30‑year‑olds build skills, confidence and real opportunities. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming lives across the capital’s diverse communities.

• Lead the design and delivery of programmes that meet the needs of young people in London and the South East.
• Build strong local partnerships to expand service reach.
• Ensure services are delivered safely, effectively and inclusively.
• Champion an inclusive culture where the team can thrive.
• Maintain a focus on performance, quality and continuous improvement to ensure lasting impact.

Last year, we helped more than 40,000 young people, with three in four moving into positive outcomes in work, education or training. The young people we help face challenges such as unemployment, mental health issues, or law‑related difficulties. We believe all young people should have the chance to succeed, and they are key to a positive and prosperous future for all of us.
