Location: Greater London

Contract Type: Fixed Term until 30/04/2027

Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £43,228.00 to £54,035.00, dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience

Location: London (2-3 days in the office)

Overview

Step into a role where your leadership directly shapes the futures of young people across London and the South East. As our Head of Delivery, you’ll guide and inspire a London-and-South East‑based team to deliver high‑impact programmes that help 11–30‑year‑olds build skills, confidence and real opportunities. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming lives across the capital’s diverse communities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of programmes that meet the needs of young people in London and the South East.
  • Build strong local partnerships to expand service reach.
  • Ensure services are delivered safely, effectively and inclusively.
  • Champion an inclusive culture where the team can thrive.
  • Maintain a focus on performance, quality and continuous improvement to ensure lasting impact.

The young people we help face challenges such as unemployment, mental health issues, or law‑related difficulties.
