Relish the opportunity to work with a social group in this well established council. A senior manager is looking for an experienced social worker to join their safeguarding team in the South of Scotland.

Team leaders offer a hybrid model that will massively benefit people with child‑care commitments: you will be expected to work only one day in the office per week.

You’ll also receive the exclusive Leaders in Care loyalty bonus – a top‑up on the standard pay rate for that council (minimum £1p/h).

The senior managers are supportive, reassuring and conduct supervision regularly.

Provide safeguarding support with a manageable caseload, including a few complex pieces of work.
