Together, we’ll ensure that our young people get onboarded and engaged in our health and social care programmes safely and with style.
ResponsibilitiesDeeply investigate barriers that prevent young people from progressing, championing solutions that enable them to shine and move toward rewarding health and social care careers. Provide one‑on‑one support, guidance, and practical help with travel and other commitments. Act as the main liaison with employers and partners such as the job centre to remove obstacles to success.
Guide delivery partners and service providers to deliver the best experience and outcomes. Deliver employability sessions directly to our young people and coach Delivery Partners and volunteers to do the same, both in‑person and virtually via MS Teams. When face‑to‑face, travel to programme delivery sites and visits to ensure smooth operation.
Maintain meticulous records of information and data on young people, volunteers, and partners to ensure compliance with funding contracts.
Lead equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives, implementing local action plans that support the Trust’s EDI goals.
Be prepared to take on additional roles as required, including deputising when necessary.
