Leaders in Care are currently looking for an experienced children's social worker to become part of a well-established Children in Care service in the Channel Islands.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a tight-knit team with a highly supportive management structure. As an added bonus, a you will receive a fantastic starting salary of £64,466, and due to the role being outside IR35, you'll only be paying 20% tax!

You'll also have the option of seeking additional support from the enduring permanent management structure, should you require it.
