Field Representative

Position: Dynamic Field Representative Role
Join the Stephen Lewis Foundation as a Field Representative and drive community-led initiatives across Africa. This consultancy position offers remote work with travel to engage directly with local partners.

Ideal candidates are skilled in community development and human rights, ready to conduct evaluations and build strong partnerships. As Field Representatives, you will gather vital information during visits to assess programs and foster trust with our partners, ensuring that we deliver informed support tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct visits to assess organizational activities

• Manage all related travel and reporting logistics

• Provide comprehensive feedback on partner engagements

• Support thematic evaluations as required

• Work closely with SLF to ensure a unified strategy

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in evaluation within community contexts

• Deep respect for Africa's histories and cultures

• Expertise in HIV-related matters and social dynamics

• Strong analytical and writing skills

• Proven organizational competency with travel planning
