We need people who want to make a real difference in the lives of children and families and will support us to deliver excellent services to the most vulnerable children in our City.

• Support and supervise foster parents to meet the needs of children they care for.
• Work within Fostering Regulations and related National Minimum Standards.

• Social Work England registered.
• Completed the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) or equivalent post‑qualifying pathway.
• Enhanced DBS check.

• Fantastic learning and development offer including access to research in practice and social work briefings and conferences.
• Social Work CPD / Career Pathway.
• Permanent social workers can claim back their Social Work England fees.
• Blue Light discount card membership fee reimbursement.
• Additional payments for practising Practice Educators.
