Responsibilities- Work alongside the Practice Development Hub to deliver the Social Work Academy offer and mentor Newly Qualified Social Workers during their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment.
- Collaborate with the team manager to drive best practice and support learning and development within the team.
- Manage a reduced caseload.
- Qualified social worker and registered with Social Work England.
- Self‑motivated and innovative in family interventions.
- Experience in statutory children’s social work and driving child protection and court plans for vulnerable children.
- Committed to supporting and developing teams, with experience mentoring students, NQSWs or colleagues.
