What you will do:

• Recruit and assess potential foster carers, ensuring they are well-equipped to support children and young people.
• Provide training and ongoing support to foster carers, enhancing their ability to provide stable and nurturing environments.
• Collaborate with different hubs to meet the diverse needs of the Fostering Service.
• Support families with Special Guardianship Orders and assist Supported Lodgings Hosts.
• Oversee the welfare and development of children within the fostering system, aiming for positive and safe outcomes.
