** About the Role
** We’re a fast-growing team looking for bilingual (English and French) social media professionals who enjoy engaging in online conversations, creating content that connects, and helping foster digital communities that are safe and welcoming.

Advanced proficiency in English is essential, in addition to French, as this role involves managing English and French-speaking content/accounts and collaborating closely with global teams.

This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French with strong cultural awareness

Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences

Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook (account use may be required depending on client needs)
Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma) Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instincts Work with exciting global brands

**** N**]The hourly pay range for this position is $16.60 to $19.70 CAD or the minimum wage in your province of residence - whichever is higher. Actual hourly pay within the hourly range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all hourly employees working a minimum of 22 hours a week.
