Overview

Your role:
At Caton House Residential and Nursing Home, the Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator will enrich residents' lives by creating meaningful experiences, events, and moments that align with their interests and preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests, preferences, and lifestyles.
  • Build relationships with residents to support their participation in activities, encouraging new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive, inclusive environment that shapes everyday life.
  • Establish connections within the home and beyond to enhance the resident experience.
  • Bring fresh ideas, creativity and curiosity to elevate everyday experiences into meaningful, social and engaging moments.
Qualifications
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Good communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
  • Energy, creativity and confidence to engage others.
  • A commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
  • Experience as a Wellbeing Assistant, Activities Coordinator, or event planning and management is desirable.
