Adult Justice Worker

Position: Hybrid Role for Adult Justice Worker
Make a difference in community justice as an Adult Justice Worker with Springboard. This hybrid position blends remote and in-person work and requires a strong foundation in social services and justice programs.
As part of the Adult Justice Community Programs in Peel, Halton, Toronto, and York, you will provide critical support to participants. This entails coordinating community service orders, assessing referrals, and facilitating necessary programming. The role requires full-time commitment with flexible hours to address operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate central intake for community service orders

• Educate participants about justice processes

• Ensure meaningful placements for community service

• Build partnerships with local service providers

• Contribute to program evaluation and participant feedback
Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Work or related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related work

• Familiarity with community resources

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Screening
