Job Description

A permanent position has become available in the Adult Social Care Eastbourne and South Wealden Neighbourhood Support Team for a full‑time Resource Officer.
In this dynamic role, you will manage a varied caseload, carrying out Care Act 2014 assessments and reviews, identifying safeguarding needs, and commissioning the right support to help people live independently. You’ll work closely with partner agencies, carers, and families to build strong support networks, while contributing your insight to key projects and ensuring the continued success of this high achieving team.
Hybrid working arrangements are applicable to the role. This includes elements of office‑based working, home visits and working from home. You will need to demonstrate you can meet the travel requirements of the role.
