Your OpportunityWe’re hiring an Insolvency Advisor for our Personal Debt Solutions team in Lethbridge. The role requires an in‑office presence and includes:
- Perform initial consultations to assess the debtor’s situation and recommend appropriate options (training will be provided).
- Assist debtors and creditors, in person or by telephone, on bankruptcies and proposals.
- Review interview forms and prepare files/documents for client signing.
- Conduct community outreach, business development, presentations, and use social media to promote Personal Debt Solutions offerings.

- Understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities; be perceived as positive, professional, and empathetic.
- Identify and recommend effective service delivery solutions.

- Grow expertise through learning and professional development.
- 2+ years in customer service, financial services insolvency, banking, credit counseling, or a related area.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Strong communication ability across various contexts.
- Attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ownership and responsibility for quality and timeliness.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Previous insolvency experience (preferred but not required).
- Available to work one evening shift per week until 7:30 pm.
