The Wise Group is looking for a Mentor to join our growing Connect team – an innovative digital mentoring and early intervention service designed to help people build confidence, stability and engagement before challenges escalate further.

Connect combines relational mentoring with structured online learning and wellbeing support, helping people experiencing poverty, unemployment, poor wellbeing, isolation and wider life challenges to make positive and sustainable progress.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a service that combines digital delivery with relational mentoring to provide flexible, scalable support across multiple communities.

  • is confident using digital platforms including Microsoft Teams
  • can motivate and engage people facing complex challenges
  • works well with colleagues, partners and stakeholders
  • contributes positively to team culture and continuous improvement
