• £40 to £45 per hour.
• Hybrid working with only 2 days in the office.
• Small and mixed caseload.
• 6 month contract offering stability into 2026.

You will be joining a forward-thinking local authority team focused on delivering integrated, person-centred care. The service promotes collaboration across sectors and is committed to improving outcomes for individuals and families through a holistic approach.

• Complete comprehensive assessments across all age groups, including Section 47 enquiries.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals to deliver integrated care plans.
• Provide early intervention, crisis support, and long-term planning.
• Advocate for service users, ensuring their voice is central to all decisions.

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant degree or equivalent.
• Registered with Social Work Wales.
• Experience managing safeguarding cases including S47 enquiries.
