Position: Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Relocation

Hourly Rate: $21.63 / hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Note:

Monthly rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Paid Training: 4 weeks (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Directly support Canadian Armed Forces members and their families during major life transitions.

Responsibilities

Act as the dedicated, omni-channel point of contact (phone, email, chat, video), providing a warm and professional experience for relocating members.

Lead virtual consultations to map out relocation journeys, proactively addressing complex challenges and clarifying policies.

Manage the financial integrity of the move by reviewing, validating, and processing expense claims and advance requests with high accuracy.

Navigate, interpret, and translate the complex Canadian Forces Relocation Directive (CAFRD) into actionable, easy-to-understand advice.

Qualifications

Exceptional oral and written proficiency in both French and English is mandatory. You must be able to explain complex financial directives clearly in both languages.

To meet federal government security standards, you must have maintained continuous residency in Canada for the past 5 years (since juin 2021).

At least 1 year in a high-volume call center, hospitality, or administrative role where multitasking and empathy were key.

High computer literacy. You are comfortable navigating up to 4 different systems simultaneously while engaging with a client.

Full-time, temporary with a strong possibility of permanent transition based on performance.
