Position
Eden Brown is seeking a highly experienced Housing Officer on a 3‑month contract based in Manchester. The role involves hybrid work, 2‑3 days a week working from home or office.
Responsibilities- Deliver a frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester
- Manage allocations and lettings
- Sustain tenancy
- Safeguard tenants, address domestic abuse and contribute to community safety
- Handle environmental issues such as fly‑tipping and garden concerns
- Extensive housing management experience
- Valid driving licence and access to a car
