About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Victim Care Coordinator to join our Operations team in a home‑based role that requires regular travel throughout Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.

Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Base Salary: £27,752 per annum
Location: Staffordshire (home based with travel)
- Manage a caseload of self‑referred and referred service users, providing information and advocacy to help navigate the criminal justice process.
- Conduct risk and needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support and information.
- Identify barriers to accessing services and work with partners to provide ongoing support.
- Develop, deliver, and monitor safety and support plans; provide resources, interventions and information.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records.
- Understanding of the impact of crime on victims and experience delivering services within statutory, voluntary or multi‑agency settings.
- Experience managing a caseload and completing risk and needs assessments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent IT skills, able to use generic systems.
- Good organisational and time‑management skills, able to manage competing needs and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external organisations.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
Regular travel is required. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are considered essential. Candidates unable to drive due to a disability should indicate this in their application.
