What you will do
  • Lead and manage the Social Work Team within the Safeguarding and Support division, ensuring that high standards of practice and performance are met.
  • Oversee complex casework and provide expert guidance and support to social workers and other team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to safeguard children and support families effectively within the community.
  • Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders, forming cooperative partnerships to deliver a comprehensive service.
  • Monitor and evaluate the team's effectiveness, using data-driven insights to improve service delivery.
