Lynx Employment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Adult Practitioner based in Telford, Shropshire. This position is temporary and offers a pay rate of £16.35 per hour with a standard working time of 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
The role will support a busy Adult Social Care team with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring office attendance on Mondays along with home working and client visits. The contract is expected to last until 31 August 2026.
