North Wales & Chester | Hybrid Working | £37,000 - £42,000 + Outstanding Benefits

We're recruiting for a Senior Supervising Social Worker to support foster carers across North Wales and the Chester area. The Role
Permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Hybrid/ Remote working, based from the Kinmel Bay office (once per month in the office)
Supporting foster carers across North Wales and Chester, with regular travel required
Caseload is 10 carers
As a Senior Supervising Social Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting and developing foster families, ensuring children and young people receive the highest standard of care. You'll work closely with carers, colleagues and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes and provide high-quality supervision and support.
Salary
£37,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You'll need to be comfortable travelling throughout North Wales and the Chester area to support fostering families.
