You’ll join Empire's Retail Distribution team to provide actionable insights and solutions to partner distribution practices. Essential expertise in compliance, risk management, and the insurance industry is critical in this role, with three or more years in a similar environment. Your work will involve advising teams and ensuring adherence to established regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise business partners on distribution best practices
• Support implementation of compliance solutions and standards
• Provide cost-effective risk management guidance
• Conduct regular desk reviews for Distribution Partners
• Create educational tools for compliance assistance
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services
• Familiarity with sales practices and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
