About the Role

As a Housing Officer, you will work collaboratively with customers and partner agencies to support the continued development of our communities, becoming a familiar face and providing comprehensive, high‑quality housing management services.

Responsibilities

Collect rental income and manage financial aspects of the tenancy.
Handle voids and conduct neighbourhood management.
Work collaboratively with customers and partner agencies to support community development.
Provide a high‑quality housing management service to customers.

Qualifications

At least two years’ experience in a Housing Officer role or participation in the internal Ignite graduate programme.
Proven track record of excellent rental income collection, void management, and neighbourhood management.
Enthusiastic, caring professional who can work, adapt, and thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly innovating organisation.
