System Planning Specialist

Position: System Planning Specialist - Hybrid Role
Contribute to effective system coordination as a System Planning Specialist with the Calgary Homeless Foundation. Utilize your expertise to manage program investments and foster partnerships in a hybrid work model.

As a System Planner, you will implement CHF's strategic direction while providing oversight for community-funded programs.

Your role will include collaborating with partner agencies to enhance service quality and effectiveness. You will conduct evaluations, support accountability, and contribute to program improvements with a keen focus on participant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote collaboration between CHF and external partners

• Monitor and report on project financials and compliance

• Conduct program evaluations with data teams

• Develop CHF training programs for sector staff

• Facilitate case conferences for program referrals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in business or social services

• 5+ years in system planning or related fields

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Ability to think critically and analytically

• Engaged in CHF’s mission and core values
