Das Schweizer Paraplegiker-Zentrum in Nottwil sucht einen Job Coach, der Menschen mit einer Querschnittlähmung bei der beruflichen Integration unterstützt. Die Tätigkeit umfasst die Bedarfsermittlung und die aktive Begleitung der Klienten während des Eingliederungsprozesses.
Der Job Coach wird sowohl im Büro in Nottwil als auch im Homeoffice arbeiten. Erwartet werden pädagogische oder soziale Grundausbildung sowie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der beruflichen Eingliederung.
