Position: E-Mediator for Online Violence Prevention
Become a vital part of the E-VIBE initiative with TNG as an E-Mediator focused on preventing violence among youth. Engage communities through proactive online interventions and support.

In the part-time role within the Children & Youth Services department, you'll be directly involved in de-escalating online conflicts and identifying youth r work with social media will help shape community safety initiatives, giving you the chance to make meaningful contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete required training for E-VIBE certification

• De-escalate conflicts and hostile online interactions

• Identify patterns and trends in online violence

• Monitor and manage problematic posts or content

• Deliver insightful quarterly reports and summaries

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of social media dynamics

• Personal and professional experience with community violence

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and networking skills

• Effective in confidential information management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
