Rehabilitation Consultant

Position: Rehabilitation Consultant Role

This permanent, full-time role seeks experienced rehabilitation professionals to support complex disability cases. You will assess claimant needs, develop rehabilitation plans, and liaise with stakeholders, including physicians and treatment providers. Your goal is to implement effective solutions that help claimants achieve functional improvements in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess rehabilitative needs through interviews and file reviews

• Develop cost-effective return-to-work plans

• Oversee counseling and referral services as needed

• Maintain follow-up contact focusing on barrier resolution

• Prepare written reports detailing findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• University degree related to rehabilitation

• Minimum 5 years of experience in rehabilitation or insurance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills with critical analysis capability

• Valid driver's license and home office ability
