As a Bilingual Senior Care Navigator, you will address complex reimbursement needs while ensuring consistency of care during absences of other navigators. Your extensive experience with immunology Patient Support Programs and multi-province reimbursements will be pivotal in enhancing patient access to therapy, covering vacations, and contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide temporary coverage across multiple Patient Support Programs

• Ensure continuity of care through timely follow-up and documentation

• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to resolve barriers

• Maintain accurate patient information within CRM systems

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in immunology Patient Support Programs

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset

• Strong knowledge of public and private payer requirements

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work from home in a quiet environment
