Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Transition & Retention Checklists for clients

• Track client status through regular communication and assessments

• Advocate for clients while addressing workplace concerns

• Facilitate in-person and online client workshops

• Participate in training and continuous education sessions

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Community Development, or a related field

• Proven experience in job counseling and retention

• Aptitude for detailed documentation and effective multitasking

• Strong skills in customer service and community engagement

• Flexibility to work staggered hours and multiple locations
