• Conduct Asset Plus and prevention/diversion assessments
• Develop and deliver tailored intervention plans to reduce offending and safeguard young people and victims
• Manage caseloads of children with complex needs in line with legislation and Youth Justice standards
• Prepare high-quality reports for court, panels, and multi-agency forums
• Collaborate with partner agencies such as social care, education, police, and health
• Engage effectively with families to support positive outcomes
• Contribute to safeguarding planning and risk management processes

• Proven experience working within a Youth Justice Service or similar setting
• Strong understanding of child development, trauma-informed practice, and safeguarding
• Experience managing cases across prevention, diversion, and statutory court/custody interventions
• Ability to complete assessments such as Asset Plus (or equivalent frameworks)
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• Enhanced DBS clearance
