SW Locums is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker for an excellent full-time locum opportunity with the London Borough of Haringey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking Adult Social Care team that is committed to delivering high-quality, strengths-based practice to support vulnerable adults across the borough.

The Role

You will support vulnerable adults through the implementation of Haringey's strengths-based model of practice, helping individuals maximise their independence, build on their strengths and improve their quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Completing strengths-based assessments and reviews.

* Developing person-centred support plans.

* Supporting adults and their carers to achieve positive outcomes.

* Managing a varied caseload while maintaining high professional standards.

* Assisting social work teams with more complex cases.

* Working collaboratively with health professionals, partner agencies and community organisations.

* Developing strong partnerships and contributing to innovative approaches that improve outcomes for residents.

Requirements

* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.

* Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in Adult Social Care.

* Previous Local Authority/Council experience is essential.

* Strong assessment, safeguarding and care planning skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
