About the Team

The Children with Disabilities Team supports children and young people with complex and profound needs arising from their disabilities. We are passionate about working collaboratively with children, families and partner professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for some of our most vulnerable children. The team undertakes Family Help Assessments and provides support to children in need, those subject to Child Protection Plans, and children in care.

A strong multi-disciplinary approach underpins our practice, with close partnership working across universal and specialist services. This ensures coordinated, holistic support for children, young people and their families. Now is an exciting time to be part of our team as Warwickshire begins to embed our Families First teams who support the young people in our County.
