Role Description This is a flexible hour, work-from-home position for Psychic & Chat Remote Workers who will provide live psychic readings and support to clients. Responsibilities include conducting one-to-one psychic or intuitive readings by phone, responding promptly to inbound phone calls, and maintaining a calm, compassionate presence during all interactions. Team members will interpret spiritual, intuitive, or psychic impressions and offer guidance while avoiding medical, legal, or financial advice.

The role includes following established protocols, adhering to ethical standards, managing time effectively during busy periods, and collaborating with our support team to enhance service quality. Workers will also participate in ongoing training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to continually develop their skills and client service approach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated psychic, intuitive, spiritual, or tarot/astrology reading ability, with the confidence to provide clear, compassionate guidance in real time.
• Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to express sensitive topics clearly, respectfully, and without judgment.
• Customer service experience in a supportive or advisory role, with proven skills in active listening, empathy, and de-escalation.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards while working with vulnerable or distressed clients.
• Reliable attendance, time management, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
• Openness to feedback, ongoing training, and skill development in both psychic practice and client communication.
• Previous experience in psychic readings, spiritual counselling, coaching, or related fields is an advantage but not essential.
