Coordinator, Community Engagement

Position Overview

This is a permanent, full‑time (37.5 hours per week) position located in Yorkton, SK. The position starts as soon as possible.

The Coordinator, Community Engagement supports prospective and current students in Suncrest College programs, coordinating culturally relevant Indigenous and global engagement initiatives across the College and its partner communities. The role supports student transition and success by addressing barriers, connecting students to appropriate services, and supporting community engagement and partnership activities. It involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with Indigenous communities, external agencies, and international partners, traveling within the region and to outlying First Nation communities as required, and delivering services both in person and remotely based on student needs and accessibility.

• Relevant post‑secondary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Community Development, or a Behavioral Sciences field.
• Minimum one year of practical, related experience in a learner support, coordination, or community development role.
• Ability to combine education and experience applicable to the position assignment.
