Senior Relationship & Marriage Coach

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Relationship & Marriage Coach based in Canada.

This role focuses on delivering high-impact, results-driven coaching to individuals and couples navigating complex relationship and marriage challenges. You will support clients through emotionally intense situations such as conflict, trust breakdown, separation risk, and relationship rebuilding, helping them move from crisis to clarity and long-term stability. The environment is fast-paced, growth-oriented, and highly performance-driven, with a strong emphasis on measurable client outcomes.

You will work closely with individuals seeking structured, actionable guidance rather than traditional therapy approaches. This role requires emotional intelligence, maturity, and the ability to balance empathy with direct, solution-focused coaching. • Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, communication, emotional regulation, and trust rebuilding
• Support clients through high-emotion scenarios with structured frameworks and actionable guidance
• Help clients transition from relational crisis to stability, accountability, and long-term improvement
• Track client progress, identifying patterns, breakthroughs, and risks throughout their coaching journey
• Provide timely interventions when clients face emotional setbacks, resistance, or disengagement
• Contribute insights to improve coaching methodologies, frameworks, and client success strategies
• Facilitate difficult but constructive conversations with empathy, clarity, and authority
• Maintain structured documentation and follow coaching program guidelines consistently
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to improve overall client outcomes

• Proven experience coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflict, separation, reconciliation, or emotional disconnection
• Ability to work effectively with clients in high emotional distress while maintaining structure and professional boundaries
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex emotional dynamics into practical steps
• Experience facilitating 1:1 and group coaching conversations on sensitive topics
• High emotional intelligence, maturity, and strong interpersonal awareness
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate within structured coaching programs
• Direct experience in relationship or couples coaching is required
• Certifications such as ICF, Gottman Method, EFT, IFS, SYMBIS, PAIRS, PREP, BCC, or LMFT/LPC/LCSW are a strong asset
• Ability to balance empathy with accountability and constructive challenge
• Comfortable working in a high-performance, results-driven environment

• Hourly rate: 68 CAD (approximately 50 USD)
