Location: Sefton
Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Family Support Worker to join the Liverpool Council team. The role focuses on providing emotional and practical support to families and children, with a hybrid working arrangement and a pay rate of £17.37 per hour.
The successful candidate will assess family needs, develop tailored support plans, liaise with external agencies, maintain case records, promote positive parenting, and uphold safeguarding and confidentiality policies.
