Cornwall Council's Adult Social Care team is recruiting a Senior Access Assessor to join the Countywide Access Team. You will support day-to-day management, respond to contacts, assess needs, identify risks and determine next steps with a person-centred approach.
You will mentor Access Assessors, oversee core-hour cover, and provide guidance on safeguarding, self-neglect and complex cases. Hybrid working and enhanced DBS are part of the role.
