Responsibilities- Deliver a range of employability programmes and recruitment activities to support young people into careers within the health and social care sector.
- Work with employers, training providers, and community partners to create pathways into employment and provide tailored guidance and support to participants.
- Manage a caseload of young people, provide one-to-one coaching, action planning, and ongoing support to achieve positive employment outcomes.
- Build and maintain partnerships with health and social care employers, training providers, and local stakeholders to identify opportunities for participants.
- Keep meticulous records of information and data on young people, volunteers, and partners to comply with funding contracts.
- Lead Equality, Diversity and Inclusion efforts by implementing a local action plan aligned with EDI goals.
- Be adaptable and ready to take on additional responsibilities, including deputising when needed.
- Experience delivering employability programs and supporting young people into health and social care sectors.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and comply with funding and safeguarding requirements.
- Strong partnership development with employers, training providers, and community stakeholders.
