• Investigate housing complaints and conduct inspections and licensing of houses in multiple occupation.
• Ensure compliance with mobile home site licence conditions.
• Support wider housing colleagues in improving social and supported housing.
• Work flexibly and adaptively, maintaining a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Deliver advanced interventions to improve housing conditions and public health.

• Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of housing legislative and regulatory framework and current issues in the sector.
• Experience in a local authority housing enforcement environment or grant delivery team is desirable but transferable skills and experience are welcomed.
• Excellent organisational, communication and mediation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to commit to at least 6 months of employment.
• Fluency in spoken English (legal requirement under the Immigration Act 2016 for customer‑facing roles).
