Tripod Partners is recruiting a temporary experienced Social Worker to join the MASH team at Conwy County. The role involves delivering high-quality duty social work at the front door in the Children, Families and Safeguarding Service. You will triage referrals, assist in decision-making and provide short interventions within the All Wales framework.
The position is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with remote working options and potential extensions beyond 12 weeks for suitable candidates.
