Position: Case Counsellor Specialist Hybrid Role

As a permanent full-time Case Counsellor Specialist with Wood Green, you will engage in meaningful work with a diverse team dedicated to social change. Your qualifications should include a Master of Social Work or equivalent experience, along with at least two years in case management, especially focusing on women's issues. You will address critical social needs by providing support services, crisis intervention, and liaising with various organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive case work duties for clients

• Coordinate client participation in employment programs

• Facilitate supportive resources like housing and healthcare

• Manage and maintain client records accurately

• Respond to emergencies, offering crisis intervention

Requirements:

• Master of Social Work or related degree

• Registered with Ontario College of Social Workers preferred

• Minimum two years of relevant case management experience

• Experience with women's issues, homelessness, or violence

• Strong knowledge of support services and community resources
