Become a Student Conduct Specialist at Yorkville University, where your expertise will foster a safe and inclusive learning environment in this full-time hybrid role. You will support fair resolutions for non-academic conduct matters while nurturing student support and procedural integrity.
The Student Conduct Specialist position reports to the Manager, Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities. You will lead investigations, assist students through complex situations, and promote community standards while collaborating across the University. Your background in education, student conduct, or conflict resolution will be essential to help uphold the principles of fairness and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations from intake to resolution
• Support students with policy clarity and care
• Facilitate informal resolution processes
• Collaborate across Student Services and departments
• Maintain case documentation and prepare reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Experience in student conduct or investigations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to assess risk and make objective recommendations
• Proven collaboration across diverse teams
