Change Grow Live in Barnet is seeking a Foreign Nationals Outreach Worker to manage a caseload of individuals experiencing rough sleeping and substance misuse, delivering assessments, recovery planning and advocacy.
You will collaborate with partner services, police and Home Office as needed to support reintegration, reduce harm and promote access to support networks. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and a commitment to safeguarding and information governance.
