Family Support Worker BC

Become a Family Support Worker at Sunshine Coast Community Services in Sechelt, BC. This full-time role focuses on home-based interventions to prevent child placements and strengthen families.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in family services

• Knowledge of trauma-informed and anti-oppressive methods

• Strong conflict resolution and collaboration skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
