Wakefield Council is seeking a Disability Facilities Grants Officer to deliver housing adaptations for Wakefield residents funded by the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG). You will assess and plan works in people’s homes, working with vulnerable adults, children, and families to support independent living.
You will manage projects, ensure safe and cost-effective solutions, and contribute to the council's DFG budget.
